How Audit Assist LLC handles information provided through this website.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, organization, location, organization type, service interest, and timing. You may also provide your role, approximate revenue range, fiscal year-end, and a brief message. Your acknowledgment is included with the submission.
Guide requests
The guide-request form collects your name, email address, organization, the requested resource, and your acknowledgment. These details are used to provide access to the guide, handle your request, and maintain related correspondence. A guide request does not request an engagement proposal or subscribe you to marketing emails. The PDF is available on the confirmation page; an automated email copy is not sent.
How the information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand a potential engagement opportunity, and maintain related correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an email newsletter.
Services that process inquiries
Netlify hosts the website and processes and stores form submissions, including information used for spam filtering. Google Workspace handles email correspondence and any inquiry notifications configured for the business inbox. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and service logs under their own policies.
Potential engagement discussions
Audit Assist LLC does not perform audits, reviews, or agreed-upon procedures engagements. If a potential opportunity moves forward, the separate CPA firm will be identified before a proposal. Permission to contact you about this inquiry is not blanket consent to distribute your information to other firms. Any further sharing needed for an engagement discussion will be explained before it occurs.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained as needed to respond, manage related discussions, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about information you provided, request a correction, or request deletion, email hello@auditassistllc.com. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable obligations.
Keep sensitive records out of the form
Do not submit financial statements, donor lists, payroll records, banking details, identification numbers, or other confidential records. Any engagement documents should be exchanged through an appropriate secure process agreed with the CPA firm.
Tracking and external links
No advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts have been added to this website. Service providers may use operational logs or cookies for security and service delivery. External links, including Instagram, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Educational information
Website content provides general planning information. It does not establish an engagement or determine your legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Any audit, review, or agreed-upon procedures engagement would be accepted, performed, and signed by a separate CPA firm under an agreement directly with the client.
